Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

Stayed here with some friends while traveling and was impressed by the hotel and staff. When we first checked in, we were warmly greeted by the ladies at the desk, Amy and Monica, were beyond helpful and kind. We had never been to Nashville, so we asked their opinion on restaurants, shuttles, and things to do. Not only did they take the time to give us a few different suggestions so that we could find something tailored to our tastes, but when we apologized for asking so many questions and taking up their time, they made sure we knew that it was their pleasure to help and not an imposition at all. Next we arrived at our room to drop our bags so that we could get dinner and.. yall this room!! Neat little kitchen area, and no 2 burner only setup, either! Full stove and fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. They even supply dishes, silver, dishwashing detergent, etc.. everything we would need! The room had multiple places to plug in USB chargers which was great considering we were 3 gadget nerds with multiple devices each. There was a desk area, a couch and a 2 seater dining table providing plenty of seating. The king bed was in a separate room with a door and neatly made with extra pillows and bright, clean white sheets and duvet, a closet area with iron and ironing board, hangers, and plenty of space for all of our stuff. The bathroom was fully stocked with soap, shampoo, towels, etc and was sparkling clean. We felt as if we were in our own apartment!! After a tasty dinner, we returned and grabbed some snacks for later from the market, and again was greeted warmly by Amy and Monica, who asked how we liked the restaurant and if we had decided on where we would be going the next morning. I told them and asked the quickest and least congested route since the person driving was not comfortable in Nashville traffic and was given the local secret shortcut.. these ladies are truly all-purpose and a great resource for your guests!! Not once during our stay were we not treated like family by the whole staff! We were always greeted with a smile and they remembered tidbits from conversations and followed up to make sure our stay experience was top notch. We will ABSOLUTELY be back and stay here with these amazing ladies (and gentlemen!) Although we never had any issues, we did witness the maintenance guy, Adam, I believe, converse with a guest over an issue they had in their room and, like the ladies at the desk, he was nice, knowledgeable, and determined to make the guest happy during their stay. Thank you all for what you do for your guests. You give The Residence Inn, Marriott, and Nashville a good name!

This Hotel is amazing,,,,,the room was spacious and the staff was amazing and friendly. They understood and accepted me,,my wife and our special needs son..We will definitely go there again

Reasonably priced. Room clean and spacious. Decor updated. The beds were nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and also spacious. The kitchenette area was clean, the microwave was spotless, and the refrigerator was decent. There were enough utensils to keep you going. All you could ask for. It's a pool was a nice size and clean. And you always have to navigate people who don't tend to follow the rules, but that's becoming more the norm than the exception, unfortunately. The complimentary breakfast was on point, and the coffee selection was good and it even included different types of creamer, including oat & almond milk. We'd stay here again.

Nice location. Wifi kept going in and out. I know it was out of their control due to not the usual customers staying there due to the storms but had to have my room changed after the first few hours finding 3 roaches in my room

Everything was fabulous! Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, cozy beds and excellent breakfast. Shelly at the front desk went above and beyond and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommend this gem. Walking distance to Opry Mills and Gaylord Opry. Plenty options for dining close by.

Awesome staff and really clean rooms. If you’re coming to Opryland this is a good alternative to staying at Opryland. Breakfast is ok but plenty of restaurants that are good within walking distance. Rooms were big. Only bad thing about this place was the grills were not working and people like to smoke weed outside the building.

Super clean hotel to choose for primary location near Opry Mills area. Rooms are quiet, we'll maintained for the most part. Small nuisance issues, but great place at a great price.

Staued for 1 night while passing through. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I was traveling with an infant, and once the staff learned of this, they went out of their way to ensure we were resigned to a quiet room at the corner of the building so we wouldn't have a lot of foot traffic outside (it was a concert weekend and the hotel was at capacity). Little gestures like that, especially when not expected, make a trip so much more enjoyable. As far The room goes, it was clean, smelled fresh, and had plenty of space for the family. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and hit the spot. Overall a great hotel near all the Nashville hot spots.
